I love recipes that use crescent rolls. Here are a few of my fav's!
Easy Apple Dumplings (from my friend Brooke)
2 Granny Smith Apples; 2 cans crescent rolls; 1 1/2 sticks butter; 2 C sugar; 1 tsp vanilla; 1tsp cinnamon; 10 oz Mountain Dew
Peel and cut each apple into 8 slices. Unroll crescent rolls. Place one slice of apple into each roll and roll ending with small end. Pinch ends together and place in 9x13 baking dish. Mix butter, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla, It will be crumbly. Sprinkle over top of rolls. Pour 10 oz mountain dew over the top of rolls. It will look runny, but the rolls will absorb the liquid. Bake at 350 for 30 min
