Whew! What fun it has been celebrating all of my love's birthdays in one week!

8 years!!

Mommy and Daddy celebrated 8 years of bliss! A weekend get-a-way was just perfect. 3 nights of date night dinners, shopping, a movie, and even Daddy buying us a new ride!!
Happy 8 years to the boy who stole my heart!

Trip to Fredericksburg

We took the most needed getaway with the Stewart's this weekend.

Jeff & Cori celebrated their 5 year wedding anniversary with us in Fredericksburg.

We left Jackson with grandma for the weekend. This was our first time to leave our Little Man, but the hubby and I enjoyed 3 nights to ourselves.

We stayed in a Bed & Breakfast, ate yummy food, Cori and I got massages, we shopped, and enjoyed having a care-free time.

The boys had us rolling the whole weekend!!

We had the most gorgeous weather and spent lots of time outside.

The boys talked Aggie football all weekend;

the countdown is on for Saturdays of football and Fall!

Here's to a great weekend of "being free as we will ever be", late night McDonald's fries orders, hot tub fun, rock-paper-scissors topics, a couples massage and the realization that we are blessed beyond what we deserve.

My little munchkins on our 7 year wedding anniversary!

Chris and I celebrated our 7 year wedding anniversary today. 

To celebrate, we did something we have not done together in 3 1/2 years!!
We went to the movies!!! HA! 

Other than that our little firecracker entertained us all day. 

My oh my how our lives have changed since these munchkins came along.

I think that's what I love about Chris the most; watching him be a dad.

We celebrated a little of Father's Day 2011 early when Kaitlyn invited Chris to Donuts with Dad at her school. She was so excited to have Dad take her to school and to give him her fun surprises!

6 Years As His Wife!

 Today marks 6 years that Chris and I were married. I first laid eyes on my sweetheart when I was 11 years old. I thought he was dreamy and my "untouchable". Oh he made me chase him for awhile, but finally I caught him!! We laughed yesterday as we tried to count up if we have been married as long as we dated. We weren't sure if we were to start counting with when I thought we were dating....or when Chris "considered" us dating. Ha! I was so in love with this man, that there was no other guy for me. Even all through junior high and high school I had my eyes on the prize and no one else would do. 

Here is to 6 years with my love!

Summer Mummers Fun!

Valentines Present

I surprised my sweet hubbie with tickets to the A&M / Tech basketball game in Lubbock on Saturday.

It was actually a 2 point game and very exciting 'cause we won! 

I think I scored some major points this year :) 

HANDsome Daddy!

Chris suprised us and is coming home tonight, one day early from a buisness trip! We got busy and made him a "You are so HANDsome" sign by tracing our hands. Kaitlyn even helped cut them out!

We hung them on his bathroom mirror and added our card and some fun Valentine crafts we made him.

And the best part!! Inside the card is a note from Kailtyn telling Daddy to have fun with Mommy watching an Aggie Basketball game in Lubbock on Saturday! We think he is going to be totally suprised!!
