Learning the Letter T, U, and V

We are on the countdown to Kinder and Little Miss memorizing 26 scriptures..
One scripture for every letter of the alphabet.
We had an amazing!!! opportunity to review our Letter S scripture, "serve one another with love"
K's bestie Marisa invited us to join her church's Serve Camp.
One day they sang to residents of Morning Glory & Manor Park assisted living facilities. The next day the girls picked up trash for Keep Midland Beautiful, and the last day they had a lemonade stand and used the proceeds to buy school supplies for those that can not afford them.
 Such sweet acts of service!

Onto Letter T. After making our Turtle craft
we learned to "Trust in the Lord with all our heart"
Have I mentioned on my blog how much we like "The Rizers"?
They sing upbeat songs that are all scripture! The kids love them!

Letter U surprised us with a week to use our Umbrella!!
We had a whole week of raining days and after making a craft
We learned that God is our safety place when storms of life come.
Letter V was lots of fun! The kiddos were super impressed with this mama who made a volcano!

Our letter V verse taught us that apart from God, we can't bear fruit and be all God wants us to be.
We will finish up our next few weeks with 4 more letters and Little Miss will have hidden 26 sweet scriptures in her heart before Kindergarten.
Be still my heart, to have my little ones know Your truth Lord, it is the desire of my heart!

May Recap...summer is here!!!

May was such a fun month!! And..jam packed full!
My sweet Kaitlyn finished up her last year of preschool.
She looked so grown up at dinner before her program.
At her graduation her teacher said what she thought each child would be when they grew up. She said  Kaitlyn would be a childrens minister because she knows and wants to learn so much about the bible. Little Miss, you made this mama so proud!
Kaitlyn has had the sweetest little class this year. We are really going to miss them!
We had a blast at her end of year carnival

K and I celebrated a day of "last's"! Kaitlyn's last day of preschool and mamas last day of work! So incredibly blessed that God has provided for me to stay at home with my babies full time!!

Little Miss also finished up a year at gymnastics with her bestie Marisa!
Jackson is a wanna-be member of their class
The weather has been beautiful so we spent lots of nights in the backyard!
We (sniff sniff) registered Little Miss for Kindergarten in the fall!

Chris and I had 2 date nights!!!

We had a swim party and invited all of our Mustard Seeds!
We had lots of superhero sightings
